At slimjimleather, we carefully prepare and package every leather wallet to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. We ship to customers in Germany and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

As our leather wallets may be handmade, certain products may require additional preparation time. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will contact you by email.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

We offer shipping within Germany and to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 3–8 business days

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

• United States and Canada: 7–15 business days

• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at our customer support email address.

5. International Shipping and Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any visible shipping damage as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
